The library is open to walk-in patrons from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Those planning on conducting in-depth research on specific subjects are urged to make an appointment so that we can better serve you. Library staff and volunteers can handle simple questions over the telephone, though more detailed requests should be made in writing. If you would like to submit a request for information from the Library research department, please include a mailing address. Most answers to questions received are too lengthy to be answered via e-mail. There is a charge of 25 cents per page for photocopies. 

A photograph, video, and technical manual duplication service is available. Upon receiving a request for images, film footage, or publications, a staff member will check availability and send a price list to the researcher.
